Due to the limited variety in the UK market for Atta and inspired by International blends, our founders felt that there was a demand within the UK food industry for a premium high-grade chapatti flour (Atta).  In 2004, Canada Gold Atta was born. Known for its unique golden appearance, Canada Gold quickly became a favourite for many households. In 2016, Rissco Foods launched a second product alongside its Atta, Canada Cooking Salt.
